
Summer Field Hockey
The first summer field hockey game is July 1 at 6:00 pm against Newfound at Proctor Academy in Andover. The team will meet at Newport High School at 4:45 pm.
Summer field hockey is open to all high school and middle school players. We need players to make sure we can field an entire team for the games.
Other games are:
July 15 at Colby-Sawyer College 6:00 pm
July 22 at Colby-Sawyer 7:00 pm
July 29 at Colby-Sawyer 7:00 pm
August 5 at Colby-Sawyer 6:00 pm
August 12 at Colby-Sawyer 7:00 pm

High school families: Please make sure student Chromebooks and chargers have been returned to the high school by Friday, June 21. After that date invoices for missing or broken equipment will be mailed to families.

Final Forms is now open for online signups for all 2024-2025 fall, winter and spring sports.

The Newport varsity softball semifinal game against Gilford will be played at 3:00 Thursday, June 6 at Plymouth State University.

The top-seeded Newport Tigers defeated eighth-seeded Hopkinton 5-1 June 1 in the Division III softball quarterfinals.
The Tigers will now battle the fourth-seeded Gilford Golden Eagles in the semifinals at a day and time to be determined.

Yearbooks can be picked up or purchased for $70 during advisory in the counseling office or you can email Ms. Flack to set up another time.

Division III Softball Quarterfinals
The top-seeded Newport Tigers will host eighth-seeded Hopkinton Saturday, June 1 in the Division III softball quarterfinals at 4:00 p.m.
The Hopkinton Hawks eliminated ninth-seeded Berlin 7-3 in the opening round of the tournament.
Please come out and support your undefeated Tigers!

High school athletics awards night will be June 10 in the high school cafeteria beginning at 5:00 p.m. This is for high school baseball, softball and track as well as unified track and their families. Families are encouraged to bring a dessert to share with the crowd.

Athletes and parents are invited to meet the new high school spirit coach at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, May 29 in Ms. Fish’s classroom (102).

The sophomore class is holding a yard sale Sunday, June 2 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the lawn in front of the school.
Drop off for donated items will be 2:30-3:00 PM Friday, May 31 or at 8:00 AM on Sunday, June 2.

There is no middle school softball game today against Claremont. Claremont does not have enough players.
