Newport varsity wrestling at Kearsarge on January 26 has been changed from 6:00 pm to 5:00 pm with weigh-ins at 4:00 pm.

The high school basketball games from last night (January 19) have been rescheduled:
Newport varsity girls at Kearsarge on January 26 at 7:00 pm (varsity only)
Kearsarge JV boys at Newport on January 28 at 4:30 pm
Kearsarge varsity boys at Newport on January 28 at 6:00 pm

The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Scholarship Application is now open. This is the largest source of private scholarships in New Hampshire. You can apply online at www.nhcf.org/scholarships. Deadline to apply is April 14, 2023.

The Oberkotter Family Foundation Scholarship application deadline is FEBRUARY 1st. Seniors are welcome to seek assistance from the School Counseling office prior to submission.

Students district wide that ride bus 3 or 10 may be arriving home later than usual this afternoon. Please be patient and if you have any questions please contact your school.

There will be a virtual senior parent meeting on January 18 at 6:00 pm. We will be sharing information and dates about upcoming senior events. We will also be discussing ways parents can help to make these events memorable for the class of 2023.

The Newport varsity basketball teams swept neighbor Sunapee last night at the Wheeler Gym. The girls opened the night with a 55-32 win over Sunapee. Taylor Fellows led the Tigers with 32 points. The boys ended the evening with a 68-22 win over Sunapee. Kayden LaClair was the game's top scorer with 33 points, while Aaron Fellows added 14 and Christian Forsythe 10.

Bus 3 and bus 10 will be running late for all students at all schools today, January 10, 2023. The Bus 10 route is estimating to be between 10 - 15 minutes behind and the Bus 3 route is estimated to be running 30 - 45 minutes behind. Please make sure your student is outside and waiting so we can minimize any further delays.
