Class Election Schedule for May of 2025
Here is the basic framework for class elections.
Class Advisors:
Class of 2026 - Kassy Helie
Class of 2027 - Cyndi Stevens
Class of 2028 - Paula Fish and Angie Cameron
Student Council - Sarah Bilodeau and Hayley Sharp
Wednesday, May 7
Class meetings during WIN to announce the election process. Class offices will be described. The school board rep position is only available for juniors and seniors. Student council elections are held separately from the class elections. Students need to decide whether they want to run for a class office or student council office.
Thursday, May 8
Students who would like to run for a class office need to sign up with their class advisor (see above) or with Sarah Bilodeau for a student council office by the end of the school day. Class advisors will forward lists to administration at the end of the school day.
Monday, May 12
Students running for a class office need to submit their speech to the class advisor by the end of the school day. Edits to the speeches can take place up until the end of the school day on Tuesday, May 13 with the approval of the class advisor.
Wednesday, May 14
Class meetings during WIN. Students running for office will give their speeches.
Voting
Advisors will email their class a google form to vote. Voting can begin after the speeches are read. Voting closes by the end of the school day on Thursday, May 15.
Election results will be announced Friday, May 16 during morning announcements.
