 I. Establish and sustain high standards for student achievement across all levels of schooling in the District for all children built upon curriculum, instruction and assessment, and district wide collaborative support.

Provide opportunities for a high level of engagement of the community in our schools to develop mutual trust, respect, collaboration, team building, and sustainability.

Manage a responsible, efficient, cohesive, and cost effective model for the allocation of resources across the district; also integrating collaboration and regionalization.
