Devyn Heino, Owen Beaulieu, Dylan Warburton and Tommy Spiker represented SRVRTC, Newport and Croydon with pride on April 22nd in Hudson, NH. Schools from around the region attended including The Wilbur H. Palmer Tech Center in Hudson and Pinkerton Academy CTE. Ms. Wells prepared both level I and level II students very well for this challenging competition which was held in a working machine shop. The students spent the morning and part of the afternoon measuring, reading design instructions, torch cutting, welding at different angles, welding different materials and using different types of welding equipment. And did we mention the 30 minute written test? Great, great job everyone!
