Due to snow cleanup still underway, unsafe walking conditions, power outages, and buses and cars unable to drive on many roads, The Newport Schools will change from a delayed opening to a school closure on March 15.
I apologize if this puts a burden on families, please know our goal is to ensure student and staff safety.
