Newport Athletic Director, Doug Beaupre, Named NHFOA Outstanding Game Administration Award Recipient

Following is the letter received by Doug for his outstanding efforts preparing and administering football games. Thank you, Doug, for your tremendous efforts for Newport's athletes!

Dear Mark, Andrea, Doug, Suzanne and Jim:

 I am very pleased to inform you that the New Hampshire Football Officials Association has selected your school and you

 John Stark Regional High School - Mark Searles, AD

Kingswood Regional High School - Andrea Ogden, AD

Newport High School - Doug Beaupre, AD

Pembroke Academy - Suzanne Klink, AD

Plymouth Regional High School - Jim Carey, AD

 as the 2014 recipients of the NHFOA Outstanding Game Administration Award.

 The award is based upon weekly reports from NHFOA members that officiated your varsity games this year and is a reflection of your outstanding football game administration in areas of communication, security, hospitality and respect extended to officials, the cooperation and ability of line-to-gain crew and official timer, and the overall teamwork of your game support staff. The award is given as a symbol of NHFOA appreciation for your professionalism.     

 NHFOA will make the announcement at its annual President's Reception to be held at 12:00 P.M. this Saturday, December 13, 2014 and would be honored to present the award to you at that time.

 The reception will be held at the Nashua Elks Lodge 720 located at 120 Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua,NH.

 I realize this is very short notice and if unable to attend this Saturday, NHFOA would be happy to present the award to you at a place and time of your convenience. 

 If there is not an appropriate function anticipated at your school a member of NHFOA would gladly deliver the plaque to your school. 

 Please respond as soon as possible so that NHFOA may plan accordingly.
